A former middle school teacher in the Carrollton-Farmers Branch ISD is facing new criminal charges. The teacher, Haley Radabaugh, is accused of having an improper relationship with a student.

This is not the first time Radabaugh has faced charges, as she was also arrested in May. At that time, she was charged with child grooming.
