A Dallas man died after being pulled from Lewisville Lake on Sunday. Emergency responders, including the Lewisville Fire Department and Little Elm Police Department, were called to Little Elm Beach around 12:30 p.m.

The victim, a 20-year-old from Dallas, was retrieved from the water but later pronounced dead at a hospital. He had been in the swim and canoe rental area when he went underwater and failed to resurface, prompting witnesses to call 911.
